General Information
Gift Boxes:
Mugs: $.80 singles only. jars: M3028,M3073 $1.25 singles only. (Not
available for M1600,Ml640, Ml200.) Gift boxes not suitable for mailing;
boxes shipped flat only.
Less than Minimum: Less than minimum
is not an option on these products. If there is an allowance for less
than minimum on certain products there will be a $50 min. up-charge. Give
us your money!
Logo Placement: Please indicate the
following placement of your artwork on your
order. Logos will be imprinted 1-sided on
front unless otherwise requested. |

Multi-color
Logos: AMA can reproduce multi-color logos
over three colors on most mugs and 1 color on jars.
Please ask your AMA Customer Service Representative
for details.
Mailers:
Cardboard mailers suitable for mailing are available
on all ceramic mugs and jars*. Add one week to
production time for special mailer packaging. Overruns
not available. Mugs will be inserted unless otherwise
specified. |

Packaging:
Orders must be in case lot quantities. Orders
not in full case increments will be adjusted to
the nearest full case lot without clarification. No broken
boxes.
PMS
Color Match: $30 per color on all orders (repeats
included). PMS colors are not exact. Add
2 days to production time for PMS match.
Registration
of 2 & 3 color mug designs: In multi-colored
designs there exists the possibility of misregistration
amounting to approximately 1/16". This
tolerance meets industry standards and must be
considered acceptable.
Ceramic Mugs
Halftones:
When using halftones (dot patterns) a 38 line screen can be used for our
direct screened products & a 53-85 line screen for decals. Another
alternative is a dye sublimation transfer which is approx. 200 line
screen.

Inks: Shimmering iridescent inks look best
on dark mugs (black, maroon, green or dark blue).

and Brilliant Gold: Gives you the beauty of
22k gold with a multi-dimensional look. Add 22k
gold imprint plus $.40 for 1-sided or $.80 for
2 sided & one additional set-up charge of $40 |
| Vibrant
Inks: Technology allows formerly unachievable colors
to now be used to dramatically highlight & brighten your
imprints. Most pinks, greens, yellows &
purples are a snap with these standard AMA inks. Great
for most PMS matches (PMS charge applies, not
available on decal). |
| Pinstripes:
The distinction of pinstripes adds class to
any corporate logo. Just request pinstripes on your
P0 and AMA will add them to your art layout. Precious
metal pinstripes are priced as precious metal
wraparound. |
| Satin
Frost on Jars: For the fine look of etched
glass at an affordable price, satin frost is
the choice. Satin frost is priced
like any standard ink color. |

Gold and Platinum lmprints*
Microwaveable
Gold: A more durable & functional precious metal
ink. Priced the same as 22k gold. Available in gold only. Add
(to run charge) for: 1-sided imprint $.50 2-sided or wraparound
imprint $1 .00
Halo
.40 Band .60 Crown $1.00*
Band,
halo and crown available on all ceramic mugs- except
Ml240, Ml040, Ml500, Ml700 & Ml640. M1200
& M2098 only halo available.
*Pricing is in addition to published catalog pricing. (Precious
metal imprints are delicate & should be washed by
hand.)

Shipping
All orders will be
shipped UPS ground unless otherwise stated. AMA will be happy to charge
the shipping to your existing UPS or Fed Ex accounts. |
