The Zimmer is the only fully automated flat-bed printer in North America with the capability of producing up to 500 flags  per hour
(YES, that's a lot of fabric).

After it's printed, the job isn't quite done. Our talented sewing department cuts, sews and finishes the flags, banners and pennant strings. For those really specialized, small run orders, they will applique (hand sew) your image on the flag. 

Packaging the flag, doing a final quality check and getting it ready to leave the building.
