Twist action. Quality crafted in all brass. The Top Hat is very elegant, very desirable, very affordable and it has a USA made brass writing cartridge.

Pen Finishes: Jet black gloss, midnight blue gloss and forest green gloss.

Imprint Colors: Gold screen printing is recommended. Silver or white is also available.

Cartridges: USA made brass writing cartridges with tungsten carbide balls and ink formulated to government specifications. Black ink medium point cartridges are standard. Blue ink is available upon request at no extra charge.

Screen Charges: None.

Imprint Area: 1 3/4"W x 3/4"H.

Packaging: Individual cello wrap included in price. Black velour pouches: 25¢ each inserted. Gold foil tuck-in boxes: 20¢ each boxed. Deluxe paper covered 2 piece gift boxes: 85¢ each boxed, black with red velour insert.

• The minimum order is 100 pens.
• If there is a logo, or any other art in the layout, there will be an art charge based on the time it takes to make that art print ready. We charge $50.00 per hour for art. Simple typesetting is $10.00
