Sending your art through Email

• All electronic art should be sent to info@buypromoitems.com

• All Raster artwork should be CMYK 4-color process (RGB files are designed for viewing on a monitor).

• Images should be TIFF 300 dpi color-corrected CMYK

• All vector artwork sent turn the fonts into outlines or curves.

• If sending vector art with raster images in them make sure to include/embed the appropriate files

• Make sure art is at actual size to be printed

• jpeg files are usable if saved at 600 dpi  or are much larger than actual size at a lower resolution.

• gif files will not work

• Color proofs are available at $50.00 each (not a transferable tattoo).

Disk through mail

• CUSTOMER DISK REQUIREMENTS: Floppy, CD, or Zip disk. 

• A B&W or color proof of your artwork and a printout of your disk directory would also be helpful.

• Please send your artwork using CMYK defined colors at 300 dpi or better.

• Provide the application file and all associated support files. We accept files from the following software programs: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Please export Macromedia FreeHand files to Illustrator format.

• Color proofs are available at $50.00 each (not a transferable tattoo).
