It is critical that a color hard copy accompany your disk.

Please be certain that artwork created in all programs is layered allowing us to make changes in your artwork without costly artwork time that would be billed back to you. If there is need to rework your artwork, we bill at the rate of $45 per hour. You would be notified ahead of time, giving you the option to reformat your disk and re-submit it to us.

If your artwork has been created in the most recent version of a program, please save an extra copy of the document in an older version. In the unlikely event we do not have the most recent version, we will contact you and you can easily send us the other copy saved in the older version.

Artwork via E-Mail
If you decide to send your artwork via e-mail, please inform your customer service representative so we can look for it and download it as expeditiously as possible. Please compress your artwork using StuffIt Deluxe® for Macintosh or Winzip® for Windows whenever possible. This will decrease the download time on our end and allow us to process your order more quickly. Please e-mail your artwork in either an EPS or TIFF file. A good quality, legible, faxed printed proof with all graphics and fonts in position must accompany all electronic artwork.

Additional Information
Whether sending us a disk by mail, courier or art via e-mail, always convert text to paths. But please, always include all screen and printer fonts used in your artwork.

Please be certain that artwork is minimum 300ppi at 100% of the actual image size and that all placed and imported images (scans, line art, imported graphics) are included in the folder along with the file to be opened. Remember, do not send originals, make copies of all artwork.
